Its been two years I have family in my collage. Yup I've joint in the Laboratory of Basic Accounting, one of the accounting lab in Gunadarma University. Laboratory of basic accounting, commonly referred to by the new students with the abbreviation Lab. This is a laboratory support which is mandatory for all new students at the faculty of economics, whether it is taking S1 and D3, which had been taking regular classes (morning) or class of employees (evening), and both majoring in management and who took accounting.
To be a part of this lab is the main requirement when the prospective applicants must have completed two semesters and follow a few tests, some tests that I passed the written test, interview and the final test is a test tutorial. Written Test conducted in two sessions, namely regarding transactions and report generation services firms and trading companies. Which one of the company's services and materials trading company is one and a half semesters of material that has been taught to two applicants. After passing the written test when the results are announced at noon, tutorials tests conducted interviews and test the next day.
The next day began with interviews with staff confusion because participants see the number of participants more than the number of interviews when writing tests done. This was caused all accounting staff (not only the basics of accounting staff, accounting staff but intermediate and advanced accounting) interview held on the same day. Test interview participants did not think it would be as easy as using the Indonesian language, because some participants had testers who require the use of the English language when the interview took place. At the time of the interview so that the staff emphasized the goal is not joined as a laboratory assistant was because of it’s salary but because the intention want to share knowledge and further expand the network of friendship and good relations with faculty and seniors.
Interviews lasted long enough until 1 o'clock, after that perform the test process tutorial where each participant is required to teach a class with a student who acts as a member of the senior class is made to be very rowdy atmosphere. In this session to see how the candidates alertness assistant to manage a classroom atmosphere that is conducive and see how to deliver the material to make students understand.
And finally on the third day announce who is accepted as a basic accounting lab assistant. After the announcement, exactly a month later conducted training for approximately one week. Difficult and sadly passed along, there's always laughter after tears, good tears because of the outpouring of the heart of the problem of the relationship with the family or a boyfriend or a lecture on the issue. All through the joint - together and embrace each other.
I really love this new family, because there are a wide variety of characters and people I find it fun. A kaka can act like the mother of all assistants for its mild, again with an animal - his beast can always bring a laugh though sometimes annoying, the longer the lighter things - things about Korea so that almost all the inhabitants incited by his lab to like it - it smell the ginseng country. There is another person who farted haphazard but can be a relaxing and pleasant person. Then someone else from the outside did not seem to care about other people's problems but when I or another friend she is sad, be a good listener, good adviser, and a supporter of punk with his smile. Yes diversity is interwoven in this family.
Differences of race, ethnicity and religion is not an issue for this new family to survive and fight together achieve a bright future. Existence has always been a relief for senior junior who still lay with the new material, while the presence of junior becomes an aid for seniors who forget the past material. Yes we are complementary, mutually one another and try to understand each other so that the slogan "LOYALTY WITH NO LIMITS" or often abbreviated to LTB.
Actually LTB better reflect the principle that our salary is not one - one that we are looking at her this lab. We are looking for togetherness, cohesiveness, and unity of the whole

Yes ! This is my other family outside of my immediate family. I love all the members in this family. They always try to be there for each other are complementary. And the taste is really very attached when I felt the lab was not place to work, but where I unwind lectures and got all jokes and laugh.
